Our founder, Mack Fowler, began the company developing residential homes. From there he branched to developing land for residential subdivisions. Commercial development was a natural step after that.

First Victory is now headed by the founder's son, Travis Fowler. In 1997, Mr. Fowler’s son joined the team. His knowledge of the industry, excellent project management skills, and strict management of cost control have made him a real asset to the company.
